CSV contents and working copies.

The tool reads files and pasted CSV text in your browser. It does not transmit CSV contents or filenames to a server, save them in browser storage, or send them to an AI provider. The working data stays in page memory until you reset or leave the page. Your browser and operating system manage the files you download.

Local Windows preview.

The owner’s Windows launcher can count anonymous event names such as visits, sample loads, analyses, exports, kit clicks, and support uses. This local mode displays a notice beneath the workbench. It records aggregate counts and timestamps, without CSV contents, filenames, support-question text, customer details, or IP addresses in the application database. These counts represent that local server, not global public-site traffic.

Public hosting.

The static deployment has no application analytics, tracking cookies, embedded third-party fonts, advertising scripts, or AI APIs. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site under its own policies. Public visitor counts are unknown to the local dashboard unless the owner imports or connects a legitimate separate data source.

Owner controls and cookies.

The owner dashboard runs on localhost on the owner’s Windows machine. It uses a temporary HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie for access protection. That owner cookie is not part of the public static site. Local workflow settings, drafts, and reports stay on the owner’s machine.

Purchases and support.

If the owner connects a storefront, purchase links open that provider’s hosted site. The provider handles checkout, file delivery, financial details, and its own privacy policy. Rowstead does not collect payment-card or banking information. A configured support email link opens your email application; avoid sending file contents, passwords, or sensitive records. The built-in help desk processes your question locally.

Contact.

Use the contact link in the help section if the owner has connected a support address. Before sales open, the owner must ensure the storefront provides usable contact and purchase terms.
